“CPA is up 38% since Friday. Did something change over the weekend?”
You open Ads Manager. You filter by date. 17 events. 45 minutes later, you reply. You kept the client — barely.
Evida is a Chrome extension that shows every edit made in Meta Ads Manager — who, what, when, and the performance impact — inline next to your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, plus Slack alerts when something important changes. Built for agencies and in-house media teams. Pricing scales with your client book, not your team size.
Three conversations every Meta Ads team walks into unarmed. The tool exists so you don't have to.
“CPA is up 38% since Friday. Did something change over the weekend?”
You open Ads Manager. You filter by date. 17 events. 45 minutes later, you reply. You kept the client — barely.
“Who set budget to $2,000/day instead of $200?”
A missing zero. $1,800 burned before anyone noticed. You'd know in 45 seconds, not 4 hours — with the actor's name and a one-click rollback URL.
“Why is the winning creative off? It was doing 5 ROAS.”
Someone paused it during the Saturday audit. No note, no Slack message. On Monday, CPA is 2× and nobody's sure what to unpause first.
Not "activity history." Change intelligence — so the edit, the actor, and the performance impact land in the same line.
Every edited campaign gets a badge the moment it changes — inside the Meta Ads Manager you already use. No dashboard-switching, no tab juggling, no clicks to find who changed what.
Don't tell me "budget changed." Tell me someone bumped it +40% on a campaign still in learning — and that's projected to burn $2,100 more this week. Every alert has a dollar-impact line so you can triage without opening another tab.
The edit happened. Did it matter? We track CPA, ROAS, and spend in the 24–72h window after every change — so you walk into the client call with the timeline, the actor, and the number. Screenshot it into the thread. Conversation over.
You're looking at your first inline badge on a real campaign in under two minutes from the Chrome Web Store. Nothing leaves your laptop.
One click from the Chrome Web Store. No signup, no email. The extension runs entirely in your browser.
Generated from your own Meta Business Settings. Stored in chrome.storage.local only — it never leaves your machine.
Inline badges appear on every edited row. Upgrade to Solo or Studio when you want Slack alerts and performance correlation.
Early users running real client books. Real quotes, light edits for length.
Caught a $2k/day budget typo within 4 minutes. Slack alert popped while the buyer was still on the edit screen. That one save paid for the year.
We used to lose 30 min every Monday standup just reconstructing the weekend. Now the extension shows it inline — who, what, when — no debate.
I pause and unpause 50 ads a day. Having the CPA delta right there next to the name tells me in 2 seconds if I made the right call. Can't go back.
The "outside active hours" alert caught a contractor making changes at 2am on a Saturday. Old-us wouldn't have found out till Monday morning panic.
Rolled it out to my team of 6 on Monday. By Friday, nobody was asking "who changed this?" in the group chat. The chat went quiet. That's the ROI.
The thing I didn't expect: it made my juniors more careful. Knowing an alert fires if they touch budget past 1.5x, they double-check. Cut mistakes in half.
Most tools charge per seat — which punishes you for hiring. We charge per account, because that's what actually grows.
Or start free — 1 account, 7 days history, no credit card. All paid tiers: 30-day money-back, cancel anytime, no per-seat fees on Agency and Network.
No asterisks. What each tier ships with, side-by-side.

The honest comparison. We're not trying to be an analytics platform — we're the change intelligence layer your analytics platform doesn't have.

Triple Whale and Motion are great analytics platforms — that's not us. Evida is the change intelligence layer: who edited what, when, and the performance delta that followed. Use Evida alongside your analytics stack.
Written in practitioner voice. No marketing fluff.
Yes. The Free tier includes 1 ad account, 7 days of change history, and inline badges in Meta Ads Manager — no credit card, no email required. Paid tiers start at $19/mo (Solo) and unlock multi-account tracking, Slack alerts, and edit-to-performance correlation.
Yes. Evida reads from the Meta Ads API, which covers every ad account that runs on Facebook and Instagram — feed, Stories, Reels, Shops, Messenger. If it's in Meta Ads Manager, Evida tracks edits on it. One change log for both platforms.
Studio includes 5 seats, Agency is unlimited seats, Network is unlimited. Every buyer installs the extension on their own Chrome, logs in to the shared Meta Business accounts, and the actor normalization engine matches every edit to a real human — so "who changed this" always has an answer.
On the Free tier, the token stays in chrome.storage.local and never leaves your browser. On Studio and above (where correlation and cross-client dashboards live), we store it encrypted at rest and only read the scopes you grant. You can revoke access from your Meta Business Settings at any time. Full details: privacy policy.
No. Evida uses Meta's public Graph API with read-only scopes that you authorize with your own token. There is no Meta app review required for customers — you install from the Chrome Web Store, paste your token, and you're done. Evida never writes back to your ad accounts.
Chrome and Chromium-based Edge are supported today — same extension, same Chrome Web Store listing. Safari is not supported (Apple uses a different extension platform). Firefox is on the roadmap. If you're on Arc, Brave, or Vivaldi, you're covered — they all accept Chrome Web Store extensions.
Because it's 3 clicks deep, one account at a time, and has no alerts. For a solo with 2 clients, the native log is fine. For an agency with 10 clients, you'll open 10 tabs to answer one client's question. We're not better than native — we're faster.
The token stays on your machine. Nothing syncs to a server on the free tier. For Studio+ (where we do correlation and cross-client dashboards) we store the token encrypted and only read what's needed to build the log. You can revoke access from your Meta Business Settings any time.
Full details: privacy policy.
Yes. The extension uses Meta's public Graph API with read-only scopes (ads_read, ads_management — we never write back to your accounts). You authorize your own token; we don't scrape the DOM, don't bypass rate limits, and don't proxy your traffic. Data goes directly from your browser to graph.facebook.com.
No. Account limits mean distinct ad accounts, not edits. We log every edit on every connected account, regardless of volume. Retention windows apply (7d Free, 30d Solo, 90d Studio, 12 mo Agency+) but volume does not.
Three things. Agency gives you (a) unlimited team seats instead of 5 — so your junior AMs don't cost extra, (b) white-label client-facing digests — send weekly "what we did" reports with your agency's logo, and (c) 12 months of history for EOM reporting. Studio is for teams still growing. Agency is for teams billing clients.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately at period end. Annual plans — we'll refund the unused months minus the 2 months of annual discount. 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. No "contact us to cancel" — there's a button in your dashboard.
Not yet. Meta-only by design — depth over breadth. Google Ads is on the 2026 roadmap. TikTok is not.
We update within 48 hours of any breaking change. It's our core dependency and we monitor it continuously. If we can't adapt in 48h (hasn't happened), we credit that week back.
